    This was worth trying. I highly recommend it. I thought I was eating healthy while being athletic and this proved me wrong. Thought you needed all these heavy carbs for energy so not weak playing derby. I tried Derby Fuel and don’t eat all those heavy carbs anymore and have just as much energy. Wasn’t even close as to what I really needed in protein. Now that I upped my protein and not eating those heavy carbs I can tell the difference in my clothes. You have to try it. You won’t regret it.
