Description
Join us for an Upper Body Challenge in June! Now that the sun’s out, it’s time to get those “guns” out. Pick your target: Push-Ups or Chin-Ups (or something else?) and we will work together for four weeks to help you reach your goals!
>> Are you an All-Star or MVP Member? Your challenge is free! Go here to register for FREE.
Lots of us want to improve our push-ups (or be able to do our very first perfect one), but we rarely take time to do other exercises that will help us get there! We just keep practicing not-so-great push-ups. Time for a different approach! We will target lots of different core and upper body exercises, *plus* push-ups or chin-ups, and build steady progress.
Expect to work on the challenge 3 days out of every 4, for about 10 to 30 minutes each day (or more if you want!).
Prizes will be awarded at the end for the challengers who made the biggest gains toward their goal!
Even more details about the program are here.
*note, most content will be provided via email and a private Facebook challenge group!

Loved this program! It doesn’t matter where you start at, you see gains. It’s simple to understand and having a group doing it at the same time meant you could support each other through it. Can’t recommend it enough! Thanks so much Booty :-) x

Sun’s Out Guns Out challenge was exactly what I needed to build upper body strength and flex my confidence muscles, too. I went in at 0 unassisted pushups and came out at 13.

Suns out guns out has really helped me level up my bracing game. My arms don’t give out and I can actually hold my teammates against pushy jammers! I want to try chin ups next round.

This program is simple yet really effective. It’s easy to implement into your daily workout routine and doesn’t take up too much time. And the guns just keep on growing!

Great way to build upper body strength without repetition of just one exercise. Easy to understand programme so you can start at your own level and set your own goals. The Facebook group really helped with the motivation too!
